Media Registration to attend, or to receive press releases

Congress attendance and press office facilities will be available for accredited journalists.

Please include your details as follows:

1. Name
2. Organisation you are representing
3. Job title
4. Type of news outlet (e.g. newspaper)
5. Country
6. Telephone contact details
7. e-mail
8. Please also include proof of press credentials, e.g. a scanned copy of a letter of accreditation or recognised press card.

We will confirm registration to you by e-mail. We will e-mail advance press releases to all journalists who register.

If you will not attend the conference, we can still send you advance press releases. Please let us know if you only want to receive advance press releases.

If you have any special requests, e.g. if you wish to interview any Congress participant, we will try to help – please let us know.

It is a condition of press registration that journalists adhere to profession standards, and respect the nature of the conference. For example, no filming will be possible without agreement of the participants, etc. The World Congress very much welcomes press attendance and participation. This is primarily a scientific and clinical conference and we need to ensure that the press coverage is not intrusive, and does not significantly change the nature of the congress. We will send you more information with confirmation of registration, and we will be happy to work with you to ensure successful coverage.
